The Lincoln County Panthers (Hamlin, WV) baseball the visiting Sherman Tide (Seth, WV), 3-0 in Saturday's league challenge.

The Panthers now own a 14-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Wayne for a non-league challenge on Monday, May 5.

With the defeat, Sherman drops to 9-10 on the year. The Tide travel to Mingo Central (Matewan, WV) to clash with the Miners in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, May 6. The Miners go into the challenge with a record of 5-12. Mingo Central lost 15-5 in their recent non-league challenge against Man (Man, WV)
