In Thursday's league test, the visiting Staples Wreckers lacrosse squad scored a tight 6-5 victory over the New Canaan Rams.

The Wreckers now have a 11-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to St. John's Prep for a non-league test on Saturday, May 6. Staples will face a Eagles squad coming off a 14-9 non-league loss to Boston College High (Boston, MA). The Eagles record now stands at 8-2.

In their next game, the Rams face the Warde Mustangs (Fairfield, CT) in a Fairfield County test, on Tuesday, May 9. New Canaan will attempt to move on its 9-4 season record.
