May 4, 2024: Bradford, VT 05033 The Oxbow Olympians softball team scored 3 runs and limited the visiting Vergennes Commodores to 0 in the Olympians non-league triumph on Saturday.
With the triumph, Oxbow improves its record to 6-0 on the year. The Olympians host U-32 (Montpelier, VT) to clash with the Raiders in a non-league game on Tuesday, May 7. The Raiders come into the game with a record of 2-1.
In their next game, the Commodores confront the Milton Yellowjackets (Milton, VT) in a Metro bout, on Thursday, May 9. Vergennes will attempt to better on its 0-4 season record. The Yellowjackets go into the bout with a 5-0 record after their 13-2 non-league win over Bellows Free Academy (Fairfax, VT).
