May 5, 2022: Silver Spring, MD 20905 Blake Bengals (Silver Spring, MD) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Watkins Mill Wolverines (Gaithersburg, MD), 7-0 in a league test.
With the win, Blake upgrades its record to 10-5 on the season. The Bengals host Rockville (Rockville, MD) to battle the Rams in a non-league test on Monday, May 9. The Rams come into the test with a record of 3-10.
With the defeat, Watkins Mill falls to 0-12 on the season. The Wolverines host Northwest (Germantown, MD) to battle the Jaguars in a non-league test on Saturday, May 7. The Jaguars come into the test with a record of 9-9. Northwest won 25-0 in their recent non-league test against Springbrook (Silver Spring, MD)
