Utah High School Lacrosse - Juan Diego Catholic held off by Timpview
May 5, 2022: Provo, UT 84604 Timpview Thunderbirds (Provo, UT) boosters exited the stadium content Thursday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad nip the visiting Juan Diego Catholic Soaring Eagle (Draper, UT), 1-0 in a non-league battle.
The Thunderbirds now own a 4-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Orem for a 5A Region 8 battle on Tuesday, May 10. Timpview will clash with a Tigers squad coming off a 1-0 league loss to Alta (Sandy, UT). The Tigers record now stands at 0-14.
In their next game, the Soaring Eagle clash with the Waterford Ravens (Sandy, UT) in a 4A South battle, on Monday, May 9. Juan Diego Catholic will attempt to advance on its 11-4 season record. The Ravens come into the battle with a 3-8 record after their 1-0 league win over Judge Memorial (Salt Lake City, UT).
