May 5, 2025: La Crescent, MN 55947 The La Crescent Lancers baseball team scored 12 runs and held the visiting Fillmore Central/Lanesboro Falcons to 2 in the Lancers non-league win on Monday.
The Lancers now own a 12-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to St. Charles for a Three Rivers test on Tuesday, May 6. La Crescent will clash with a Fighting Saints team coming off a 12-3 non-league win over Mabel-Canton (Mabel, MN). The Fighting Saints record now stands at 11-3.
With the defeat, Fillmore Central/Lanesboro drops to 7-9 on the year. The Falcons travel to Chatfield (Chatfield, MN) to clash with the Gophers in a non-league test on Tuesday, May 6. The Gophers go into the test with a record of 5-7. Chatfield won 6-1 in their recent league test against Wabasha-Kellogg (Wabasha, MN)
