The crowd at Tuesday's league battle between the Steele Canyon Cougars (Spring Valley, CA) and the host Mount Miguel Matadors (Spring Valley, CA), saw Steele Canyon's baseball team beat Mount Miguel by a margin of 15-5.

The Cougars (10-13) will now prepare for their battle against Santana (Santee, CA). The Sultans enter the Grossmont Valley battle with a 12-11 record. In their last battle, Santana defeated West Hills (Santee, CA), 5-2, in a league battle.
