May 7, 2024: Oak Ridge, NJ 07438 In Tuesday's league contest, the Jefferson Township Falcons (Oak Ridge, NJ) softball team overwhelmed the visiting Morris County Tech Devils (Denville, NJ), by a margin of 11-2.
With the triumph, Jefferson Township moves its record to 14-3 on the year. The Falcons host Kittatinny Regional (Newton, NJ) to play the Cougars in a NJAC - Freedom contest on Thursday, May 9. The Cougars come into the contest with a record of 3-12. Kittatinny Regional lost 14-4 in their recent league contest against High Point (Sussex, NJ)
In their next game, the Devils play the Lenape Valley Patriots (Stanhope, NJ) in a NJAC - Freedom contest, on Thursday, May 9. Morris County Tech will attempt to move on its 5-9 season record. The Patriots come into the contest with a 9-6 record after their 4-3 league loss to Vernon (Vernon, NJ).
