Kentucky High School Softball - Pulaski County gets by South Laurel
May 7, 2024: Somerset, KY 42503 The Pulaski County Maroons got by the visiting South Laurel Cardinals softball squad by a count of 2-1 in Tuesday's non-league battle.
The Maroons (22-4) will now prepare for their battle against Madison Central (Richmond, KY). The Indians go into the non-league battle with a 18-4 record. In their last battle, Madison Central was edged by Great Crossing (Georgetown, KY), 9-5, in a non-league battle.
The Cardinals now sport a 21-7 record. They play next when they travel to Mercer County for a non-league battle on Thursday, May 9. South Laurel will meet a Titans squad coming off a 11-1 league loss to East Jessamine (Nicholasville, KY). The Titans record now stands at 12-11.
