Kentucky High School Softball - Pulaski County bounces Southwestern

The Pulaski County Maroons routed the host Southwestern Warriors softball squad by a final score of 10-0 in Thursday's non-league battle.

The Maroons (11-3) will now prepare for their battle against Whitley County (Williamsburg, KY). The Colonels go into the non-league battle with a 10-8 record. In their last battle, Whitley County topped Jackson County (McKee, KY), 4-3, in a non-league battle.

The Warriors now possess a 12-6 record. They play next when they host South Laurel for a non-league battle on Friday, April 19. Southwestern will meet a Cardinals squad coming off a 16-1 league win over Williamsburg (Williamsburg, KY). The Cardinals record now stands at 12-5.
