Kentucky High School Softball - Pulaski County bounces Casey County
April 19, 2024: Liberty, KY 42539 The crowd at Friday's league match between the Pulaski County Maroons (Somerset, KY) and the host Casey County Rebels (Liberty, KY), saw Pulaski County's softball squad nip Casey County by a count of 10-3.
The Maroons now sport a 12-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to West Jessamine for a non-league match on Saturday, April 20. Pulaski County will face a Colts squad coming off a 11-7 non-league win over Taylor County (Campbellsville, KY). The Colts record now stands at 17-2.
With the loss, Casey County falls to 9-11 on the campaign. The Rebels travel to McCreary Central (Stearns, KY) to face the Raiders in a non-league match on Monday, April 22. The Raiders enter the match with a record of 5-8. McCreary Central won 12-6 in their recent non-league match against Williamsburg (Williamsburg, KY)
