The Altoona Mountain Lions baseball squad (Altoona, PA), was edged 2-1 in Wednesday's league contest with the visiting Cedar Cliff Colts (Camp Hill, PA)

With the triumph, Cedar Cliff moves its record to 11-5 on the season. The Colts travel to Mifflin County (Lewistown, PA) to confront the Huskies in a Mid-Penn - Commonwealth contest on Friday, May 9. The Huskies come into the contest with a record of 9-7. Mifflin County lost 11-7 in their recent league contest against Mechanicsburg (Mechanicsburg, PA)

The Mountain Lions now possess a 9-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host DuBois for a non-league contest on Friday, May 9. Altoona will confront a Beavers squad coming off a 2-1 league win over Brookville (Brookville, PA). The Beavers record now stands at 12-5.
