Narrows Green Waves (Narrows, VA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad rout the visiting Covington Cougars (Covington, VA), 33-1 in a league test.

With the win, Narrows upgrades its record to 15-1 on the season.

The Cougars (3-16) will now prepare for their game against Bath County (Hot Springs, VA). The Chargers go into the Pioneer game with a 6-9 record. In their last game, Bath County by Parry McCluer (Buena Vista, VA), 8-4, in a league game.
