Michigan High School Softball - Iron Mountain bounces Gwinn
May 9, 2025: Iron Mountain, MI 49801 In Friday's league match, the host Iron Mountain Mountaineers softball team scored a nice 15-5 victory over the Gwinn Modeltowners.
The Mountaineers (1-4) will now prepare for their match against Westwood (Ishpeming, MI). The Patriots go into the non-league match with a 2-6 record.
In their next game, the Modeltowners battle the Ishpeming Hematites (Ishpeming, MI) in a Mid-Peninsula match, on Tuesday, May 13. Gwinn will attempt to better on its 1-7 season record. The Hematites go into the match with a 2-7 record after their 13-1 non-league loss to Kingsford (Kingsford, MI).
