June 10, 2024: Denver, IA 50622 The Hudson Pirates (Hudson, IA) softball routed the host Denver Cyclones (Denver, IA), 12-0 in Monday's league bout.
The Pirates (12-3) will now prepare for their bout against East Marshall (Le Grand, IA). The Mustangs go into the non-league bout with a 14-3 record. In their last bout, East Marshall was routed by Prairie City-Monroe (Monroe, IA), 10-1, in a non-league bout.
The Cyclones now possess a 4-8 record. They play next when they travel to Union for a non-league bout on Tuesday, June 11. Denver will confront a Knights squad coming off a 18-0 league loss to Jesup (Jesup, IA). The Knights record now stands at 2-11.
