Iowa High School Baseball - Waukon holds off New Hampton
June 10, 2025: New Hampton, IA 50659 In Tuesday's league game, the visiting Waukon Indians baseball team scored a close 5-1 win over the New Hampton Chickasaws.
The Indians (5-6) will now prepare for their game against Crestwood (Cresco, IA). The Cadets go into the Northeast Iowa game with a 0-8 record.
Next, the Chickasaws play the Nashua-Plainfield Huskies (Nashua, IA) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, June 11. New Hampton will attempt to improve on its 14-3 season record. The Huskies go into the game with a 2-6 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to North Butler (Greene, IA).
