Iowa High School Baseball - New Hampton edges Waukon
June 27, 2025: Waukon, IA 52172 In Friday's league game, the visiting New Hampton Chickasaws baseball team scored a close 13-11 victory over the Waukon Indians.
The Chickasaws (23-7) will now prepare for their game against Charles City (Charles City, IA). The Comets enter the Northeast Iowa game with a 1-20 record. In their last game, Charles City by Crestwood (Cresco, IA), 5-4, in a league game.
Next, the Indians face the Crestwood Cadets (Cresco, IA) in a Northeast Iowa game, on Tuesday, July 1. Waukon will attempt to improve on its 8-15 season record. The Cadets enter the game with a 7-13 record after their 5-4 league win over Charles City (Charles City, IA).
