Iowa High School Softball - Creston bounces Red Oak
June 12, 2025: Creston, IA 50801 The crowd at Thursday's league bout between the Creston Panthers (Creston, IA) and the visiting Red Oak Tigers (Red Oak, IA), observed Creston's softball team notch a victory over Red Oak by a tally of 14-2.
The Panthers (14-5) will now prepare for their bout against Ankeny (Ankeny, IA). The Hawks go into the non-league bout with a 4-7 record. In their last bout, Ankeny gained a win over Dowling Catholic (West Des Moines, IA), 7-2, in a league bout.
In their next game, the Tigers battle the Stanton Vikings (Stanton, IA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, June 14. Red Oak will attempt to advance on its 2-11 season record. The Vikings go into the bout with a 3-7 record after their 11-2 league loss to Fremont-Mills (Tabor, IA).
