Iowa High School Softball - Denison-Schleswig bounces Red Oak
June 16, 2025: Denison, IA 51442 The crowd at Monday's league bout between the Denison-Schleswig Monarchs (Denison, IA) and the visiting Red Oak Tigers (Red Oak, IA), observed Denison-Schleswig's softball team prevail over Red Oak by a tally of 18-2.
The Monarchs (5-10) will now prepare for their bout against Kuemper (Carroll, IA). The Knights go into the Hawkeye 10 bout with a 9-8 record. In their last bout, Kuemper was routed by Atlantic (Atlantic, IA), 18-2, in a league bout.
In their next game, the Tigers clash with the Glenwood Rams (Glenwood, IA) in a Hawkeye 10 bout, on Tuesday, June 17. Red Oak will attempt to advance on its 2-13 season record. The Rams go into the bout with a 8-9 record after their 8-2 league win over St. Albert (Council Bluffs, IA).
