Iowa High School Softball - Clear Creek-Amana bounces South Tama County
June 20, 2024: Tiffin, IA 52340 Clear Creek-Amana Clippers (Tiffin, IA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting South Tama County Trojans (Tama, IA), 19-0 in a league challenge.
The Clippers now own a 18-7 record. They take the field next when they host Regina for a non-league challenge on Friday, June 21. Clear Creek-Amana will face a Regals squad coming off a 10-2 league win over West Liberty (West Liberty, IA). The Regals record now stands at 14-5.
With the loss, South Tama County falls to 0-20 on the campaign. The Trojans host North Tama (Traer, IA) to face the Red Hawks in a non-league challenge on Friday, June 21. The Red Hawks enter the challenge with a record of 6-7. North Tama lost 4-1 in their recent non-league challenge against BCLUW (Conrad, IA)
