June 30, 2025: Columbus Junction, IA 52738 The Louisa-Muscatine Falcons (Letts, IA) softball routed the host Columbus Wildcats (Columbus Junction, IA), 9-1 in Monday's league outing.
The Falcons now sport a 23-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hillcrest Academy for a SE IA Super - North outing on Tuesday, July 1. Louisa-Muscatine will encounter a Ravens team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over West Burlington (West Burlington, IA). The Ravens record now stands at 9-8.
With the loss, Columbus moves to 10-9 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Pekin (Packwood, IA) to meet the Panthers in a SE IA Super - North challenge on Tuesday, July 1. The Panthers enter the challenge with a record of 8-17.
