Iowa High School Softball - Le Mars bounces Sioux City West
June 30, 2025: Le Mars, IA 51031 In Monday's league match, the host Le Mars Bulldogs softball team scored a nice 10-0 victory over the Sioux City West Wolverines.
The Bulldogs (24-8) will now prepare for their match against Sergeant Bluff-Luton (Sergeant Bluff, IA). The Warriors go into the Missouri River match with a 24-5 record. In their last match, Sergeant Bluff-Luton gained a win over West Lyon (Inwood, IA), 2-0, in a non-league match.
In their next game, the Wolverines battle the Jefferson Yellowjackets (Council Bluffs, IA) in a Missouri River match, on Thursday, July 3. Sioux City West will attempt to better on its 5-11 season record. The Yellowjackets go into the match with a 9-26 record after their 11-0 league loss to Sioux City North (Sioux City, IA).
