Iowa High School Softball - Le Mars gets by Storm Lake
June 6, 2025: Le Mars, IA 51031 The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Le Mars Bulldogs (Le Mars, IA) and the visiting Storm Lake Tornadoes (Storm Lake, IA), observed Le Mars's softball team get by Storm Lake by a tally of 4-3.
The Bulldogs (7-3) will now prepare for their bout against Lincoln (Council Bluffs, IA). The Lynx go into the Missouri River bout with a 2-9 record. In their last bout, Lincoln was nipped by Woodbine (Woodbine, IA), 5-1, in a non-league bout.
In their next game, the Tornadoes battle the Denison-Schleswig Monarchs (Denison, IA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, June 7. Storm Lake will attempt to advance on its 6-2 season record. The Monarchs go into the bout with a 1-7 record after their 9-1 non-league win over Carroll (Carroll, IA).
