June 4, 2024: Des Moines, IA 50313 The Webster City Lynx baseball team scored 6 runs and limited the host Saydel Eagles to 5 in the Lynx non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Lynx (6-5) will now prepare for their match against Clear Lake (Clear Lake, IA). The Lions go into the North Central match with a 4-5 record. In their last match, Clear Lake edged Central Springs (Manly, IA), 8-4, in a non-league match.
The Eagles (9-2) will now prepare for their match against West Marshall (State Center, IA). The Trojans go into the non-league match with a 14-1 record. In their last match, West Marshall edged East Marshall (Le Grand, IA), 11-0, in a non-league match.
