Iowa High School Baseball - AHSTW holds off Riverside
June 9, 2025: Oakland, IA 51560 The AHSTW Vikings (Avoca, IA) baseball the host Riverside Bulldogs (Oakland, IA), 20-16 in Monday's league challenge.
The Vikings now own a 3-6 record. They take the field next when they host Tri-Center for a Western Iowa challenge on Tuesday, June 10. AHSTW will clash with a Trojans team coming off a 8-1 league win over Treynor (Treynor, IA). The Trojans record now stands at 6-2.
With the defeat, Riverside drops to 2-4 on the year. The Bulldogs travel to IKM/Manning (Manning, IA) to clash with the Wolves in a Western Iowa challenge on Tuesday, June 10. The Wolves go into the challenge with a record of 3-7. IKM/Manning lost 11-1 in their recent league challenge against Logan-Magnolia (Logan, IA)
