July 3, 2024: Tipton, IA 52772 Wilton Beavers (Wilton, IA) backers left the game pleased Wednesday as they saw their softball squad thwart the host Tipton Tigers (Tipton, IA), 15-0 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, Wilton upgrades its record to 17-14 on the year. The Beavers host Cascade (Cascade, IA) to play the Cougars in a non-league game on Wednesday, July 10. The Cougars enter the game with a record of 10-5.
The Tigers now own a 4-20 record. They play next when they travel to Assumption for a non-league game on Thursday, July 11. Tipton will play a Knights squad coming off a 10-1 non-league win over Fairfield (Fairfield, IA). The Knights record now stands at 22-10.
