July 3, 2025: Newell, IA 50568 In Thursday's non-league bout, the Ridge View Raptors (Holstein, IA) baseball squad overwhelmed the host Newell-Fonda Mustangs (Newell, IA), by a tally of 14-2.
Next up, the Raptors encounter the East Sac County Raiders (Lake View, IA) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, July 3. Ridge View will attempt to upgrade on its 11-6 season record. The Raiders enter the bout with a 4-13 record after their 16-2 league loss to Pocahontas (Pocahontas, IA).
The Mustangs (9-13) will now prepare for their bout against Gehlen Catholic (Le Mars, IA). The Jays enter the non-league bout with a 11-12 record. In their last bout, Gehlen Catholic was overwhelmed by St. Mary's (Remsen, IA), 15-0, in a league bout.
