North Carolina High School Volleyball - Sugar Creek Charter overwhelmed by Carolina International

The Carolina International Comets topped the visiting Sugar Creek Charter Wildcats volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Tuesday's league game.

Coming up next, the Comets play the Langtree Charter Academy Lions (Mooresville, NC) in a non-league outing, on Wednesday, August 13. Carolina International will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record. The Lions come into the outing with a 0-1 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Jackson Day (Charlotte, NC).

With the loss, Sugar Creek Charter drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Thomas Jefferson Classical Academy (Mooresboro, NC) to confront the Gryphons in a Catawba River 1A/2A/3A game on Thursday, August 14. The Gryphons enter the game with a record of 0-2. Thomas Jefferson Classical Academy lost 3-1 in their recent league game against Piedmont Community Charter (Gastonia, NC)
