In Thursday's non-league challenge, the visiting Ridge Point Panthers volleyball team scored a close 2-1 victory over the Flour Bluff Hornets.

The Panthers (3-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Kingwood Park (Kingwood, TX). The Panthers enter the non-league challenge with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Kingwood Park was tipped by Lake Creek (Montgomery, TX), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.
