In Saturday's non-league match, the Cathedral Fighting Irish (Indianapolis, IN) volleyball squad toppled the host Southwood Knights (Wabash, IN), by a score of 2-0.

With the win, Cathedral improves its record to 3-1 on the season. The Fighting Irish travel to Mt. Vernon (Fortville, IN) to encounter the Marauders in a non-league battle on Monday, August 18. The Marauders go into the battle with a record of 1-0. Mt. Vernon won 3-0 in their recent non-league battle against Greenwood (Greenwood, IN)
