In Saturday's non-league challenge, the visiting Southwood Knights volleyball squad scored a tight 2-1 win over the Cathedral Fighting Irish.

Next up, the Knights face the Manchester Squires (North Manchester, IN) in a Three Rivers game, on Thursday, October 2. Southwood will attempt to advance on its 16-2 season record.

The Fighting Irish (16-8) will now prepare for their game against Carmel (Carmel, IN). The Greyhounds go into the non-league game with a 9-11 record.
