Oklahoma High School Softball - Westmoore bounces Norman North
August 17, 2023: Oklahoma City, OK 73170 Spectators at Thursday's non-league match between the Westmoore Jaguars (Oklahoma City, OK) and the visiting Norman North Timberwolves (Norman, OK), witnessed Westmoore's softball squad tip Norman North by a count of 9-2.
The Jaguars now sport a 9-4 record. They play next when they host Guthrie for a non-league match on Friday, August 18. Westmoore will meet a Bluejays squad coming off a 12-1 non-league win over MacArthur (Lawton, OK). The Bluejays record now stands at 8-1.
With the loss, Norman North moves to 5-1 on the season. The Timberwolves travel to Stillwater (Stillwater, OK) to meet the Pioneers in a 6A District 1 match on Sunday, August 20. The Pioneers go into the match with a record of 5-7. Stillwater lost 5-1 in their recent non-league match against Claremore (Claremore, OK)
