California High School Volleyball - Calvary Chapel edged by El Modena
August 19, 2023: Santa Ana, CA 92704 The El Modena Vanguards held off the host Calvary Chapel Eagles volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Vanguards now have a 3-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kennedy for a non-league test on Saturday, August 19. El Modena will confront a Fighting Irish team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Millikan (Long Beach, CA). The Fighting Irish record now stands at 1-0.
The Eagles (0-3) will now prepare for their test against Portola (Irvine, CA). The Bulldogs enter the non-league test with a 0-0 record.
