California High School Volleyball - Westminster crushed by El Modena
August 30, 2023: Orange, CA 92869 The El Modena Vanguards topped the visiting Westminster Lions volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Vanguards now have a 8-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Portola for a non-league test on Thursday, August 31. El Modena will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Mission Viejo (Mission Viejo, CA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-3.
The Lions (4-11) will now prepare for their test against Fountain Valley (Fountain Valley, CA). The Barons enter the non-league test with a 7-4 record. In their last game, Fountain Valley gained a win over Ocean View (Huntington Beach, CA), 2-0, in a non-league game.
