Texas High School Volleyball - Montgomery over Spring

The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Montgomery Bears (Montgomery, TX) and the host Spring Lions (Spring, TX), saw Montgomery's volleyball squad beat Spring by a tally of 2-0.

With the win, Montgomery upgrades its record to 10-8 on the year. The Bears travel to Duncanville (Duncanville, TX) to play the Panthers and Pantherettes in a non-league bout on Saturday, August 20. The Panthers and Pantherettes go into the bout with a record of 7-5. Duncanville lost 2-1 in their recent non-league bout against Jersey Village (Houston, TX)

The Lions now own a 2-10 record. They play next when they travel to Dobie for a non-league bout on Tuesday, August 23. Spring will play a Longhorns squad coming off a 2-0 league win over Pasadena (Pasadena, TX). The Longhorns record now stands at 6-4.
