The Ardrey Kell Knights were victorious over the host Cuthbertson Cavaliers football team by a score of 27-13 in Friday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Knights face the Porter Ridge Pirates (Indian Trail, NC) in a non-league outing, on Friday, August 29. Ardrey Kell will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record. The Pirates enter the game with a 1-0 record after their 31-21 non-league win over A.L. Brown (Kannapolis, NC).

The Cavaliers (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Parkwood (Monroe, NC). The Wolf Pack enter the non-league game with a 1-0 record. In their last game, Parkwood ran past Piedmont (Monroe, NC), 28-12, in a non-league game.
