In Friday's non-league match, the Eastwood Troopers (El Paso, TX) volleyball squad tipped the host Midland Bulldogs (Midland, TX), by a count of 2-1.

Next up, the Troopers confront the Madison Mavericks (San Antonio, TX) in a non-league match, on Saturday, August 24. Eastwood will attempt to move on its 14-1 season record. The Mavericks enter the match with a 11-2 record after their 2-0 non-league win over Mansfield Legacy (Mansfield, TX).

The Bulldogs (5-10) will now prepare for their match against Fredericksburg (Fredericksburg, TX). The Billies enter the non-league match with a 5-5 record. In their last match, Fredericksburg was tipped by Eastwood (El Paso, TX), 2-0, in a non-league match.
