With the win, Tatum improves its record to 12-3 on the season. The Eagles travel to Henderson (Henderson, TX) to encounter the Lions in a non-league battle on Tuesday, August 26. The Lions go into the battle with a record of 10-8. Henderson won 2-0 in their recent non-league battle against Wills Point (Wills Point, TX)
The Panthers now have a 14-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Jacksonville for a 5A Region II District 10 contest on Tuesday, August 26. Lufkin will meet a Fightin' Indians team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Kilgore (Kilgore, TX). The Fightin' Indians record now stands at 5-3.
