Georgia High School Volleyball - North Cobb tips Marietta

In Saturday's non-league challenge, the host North Cobb Warriors volleyball team scored a close 2-1 victory over the Marietta Blue Devils.

The Warriors (14-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Cherokee (Canton, GA). The Warriors enter the 6A Area 5 challenge with a 12-9 record. In their last challenge, Cherokee got by Heritage (Ringgold, GA), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Blue Devils meet the North Cobb Christian Eagles (Kennesaw, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, August 24. Marietta will attempt to upgrade on its 12-5 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 3-4 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Cartersville (Cartersville, GA).
