August 25, 2025: Las Vegas, NV 89109 Chaparral Cowboys (Las Vegas, NV) fans went home in high spirits Monday as they observed their soccer squad knock off the host Valley Vikings (Las Vegas, NV), 2-0 in a league outing.
The Cowboys (6-0) will now prepare for their outing against Mater Academy East Las Vegas (Las Vegas, NV). The Knights go into the 4A Southern - Lake outing with a 1-2 record. In their last outing, Mater Academy East Las Vegas by Rancho (Las Vegas, NV), 1-0, in a league outing.
Next up, the Vikings confront the Desert Pines Jaguars (Las Vegas, NV) in a 4A Southern - Lake outing, on Wednesday, August 27. Valley will attempt to improve on its 0-3 season record. The Jaguars go into the outing with a 4-1 record after their 4-3 league win over Mojave (North Las Vegas, NV).
