Alabama High School Volleyball - Spring Garden can't hold off Westbrook Christian
August 26, 2023: Rainbow City, AL 35906 In Saturday's non-league battle, the host Westbrook Christian Warriors volleyball team scored a tight 2-1 triumph over the Spring Garden Panthers.
The Warriors (5-2) will now prepare for their battle against White Plains (Anniston, AL). The Wildcats come into the non-league battle with a 1-0 record. In their last battle, White Plains nudged Piedmont (Piedmont, AL), 3-2, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Panthers encounter the Gaylesville Trojans (Gaylesville, AL) in a 1A Area 12 battle, on Tuesday, August 29. Spring Garden will attempt to advance on its 4-1 season record. The Trojans come into the battle with a 0-2 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Susan Moore (Blountsville, AL).
