September 5, 2023: Rainbow City, AL 35906 The Westbrook Christian Warriors topped the visiting Cedar Bluff Tigers volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Warriors now have a 9-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hokes Bluff for a 3A Area 11 contest on Thursday, September 7. Westbrook Christian will battle a Eagles squad coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Sand Rock (Leesburg, AL). The Eagles record now stands at 0-2.
With the loss, Cedar Bluff moves to 2-4 on the year. The Tigers host Gaylesville (Gaylesville, AL) to battle the Trojans in a 1A Area 12 contest on Thursday, September 7. The Trojans go into the contest with a record of 1-8.
