The Starr's Mill Panthers softball team scored 10 runs and held the visiting Whitewater Wildcats to 2 in the Panthers non-league win on Wednesday.

The Panthers now sport a 8-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Harris County for a 4A Region 3 battle on Thursday, August 28. Starr's Mill will meet a Tigers squad coming off a 1-0 league loss to Northside (Columbus, GA). The Tigers record now stands at 10-3.
