Georgia High School Softball - Starr's Mill bounces McIntosh
September 2, 2025: Peachtree City, GA 30269 In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting Starr's Mill Panthers softball team scored a nice 18-9 victory over the McIntosh Chiefs.
The Panthers (9-5) will now prepare for their match against Northside (Columbus, GA). The Patriots go into the 4A Region 3 match with a 8-1 record. In their last match, Northside gained a win over Griffin (Griffin, GA), 7-0, in a league game.
The Chiefs now hold a 5-6 record. They play next when they host Pike County for a non-league game on Wednesday, September 3. McIntosh will play a Pirates squad coming off a 6-0 league win over Callaway (Hogansville, GA). The Pirates record now stands at 5-1.
