North Carolina High School Volleyball - Hough Mooresville

August 27, 2025: Mooresville, NC 28115

The Mooresville Blue Devils topped the visiting Hough Huskies volleyball squad by a tally of 3-1 in Wednesday's non-league outing.

The Blue Devils now have a 7-2 record. They play next when they host Liberty Preparatory Christian Academy for a non-league outing on Tuesday, September 2. Mooresville will play a Patriots team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Hickory Christian Academy (Hickory, NC). The Patriots record now stands at 5-2.

With the loss, Hough drops to 2-6 on the campaign. The Huskies host West Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC) to play the Hawks in a Greater Charlotte 7A/8A outing on Thursday, August 28. The Hawks come into the outing with a record of 2-4. West Mecklenburg won 3-0 in their recent non-league game against Harding University (Charlotte, NC)
