The Valwood Valiants were victorious over the host Frederica Academy football team by a score of 33-14 in Thursday's non-league test.

The Valiants now sport a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pelham for a non-league test on Friday, September 5. Valwood will face a Hornets team coming off a 42-7 non-league loss to Chiles (Tallahassee, FL). The Hornets record now stands at 0-2.

The (1-2) will now prepare for their game against Tiftarea Academy (Chula, GA). The Panthers enter the non-league game with a 1-1 record. In their last outing, Tiftarea Academy was knocked off by John Milledge Academy (Milledgeville, GA), 42-7, in a non-league outing.
