In Thursday's non-league challenge, the visiting Argyle Eagles volleyball squad scored a 2-0 win over the Parkland Matadors.

With the win, Argyle improves its record to 18-2 on the season. The Eagles travel to Columbine (Littleton, CO) to face the Rebels in a non-league test on Friday, August 29. The Rebels go into the test with a record of 2-0. Columbine won 3-2 in their recent non-league test against Regis Jesuit (Aurora, CO)

The Matadors now own a 9-10 record. They play next when they travel to American Heritage for a non-league challenge on Friday, August 29. Parkland will meet a Patriots team coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Chaminade-Madonna (Hollywood, FL). The Patriots record now stands at 2-1.
