The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the North Stokes Vikings (Danbury, NC) and the visiting Elkin Buckin' Elks (Elkin, NC), saw North Stokes's volleyball squad nip Elkin by a tally of 3-2.

With the win, North Stokes upgrades its record to 3-3 on the year. The Vikings travel to Starmount (Boonville, NC) to play the Rams in a Northwest 1A bout on Thursday, August 31.
