August 29, 2025: Hemlock, MI 48626 The Hemlock Huskies soccer squad scored 8 points and held the visiting Shepherd Bluejays to 0 in the Huskies non-league victory on Friday.
The Huskies now hold a 3-1 record. They play next when they travel to Calvary Baptist Academy for a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 2. Hemlock will play a Kings squad coming off a 5-0 non-league loss to Freeland (Freeland, MI). The Kings record now stands at 3-3.
With the loss, Shepherd moves to 1-6 on the year. The Bluejays host Alma (Alma, MI) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, September 2. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 5-2. Alma 1-1 in their recent non-league bout against Elk Rapids (Elk Rapids, MI)
