August 29, 2025: Haltom City, TX 76137 Haltom Buffalos (Haltom City, TX) backers were pleased Friday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the visiting Carter-Riverside Eagles (Fort Worth, TX), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Buffalos (5-7) will now prepare for their challenge against South Hills (Fort Worth, TX). The Scorpions go into the non-league outing with a 5-16 record. In their last outing, South Hills lost by Irving (Irving, TX), 2-0, in a non-league outing.
With the loss, Carter-Riverside drops to 8-12 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to South Garland (Garland, TX) to play the Titans in a non-league outing on Friday, August 29. The Titans come into the outing with a record of 0-8. South Garland lost 3-0 in their recent non-league game against Irving (Irving, TX)
